Salsa Burger sauce

Portion size: 5 people 


600 grams of beef, chopped
50 grams onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, haluskan
3 pieces red chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp fennel powder
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter / margarine
5 rounded loaf
5 pieces of leaf lettuce
Salsa sauce:
100 gram pulp advokad, cut small dice
2 tablespoon lime juice
1 tomatoes, cut small dice
100 grams of sweet corn cans, tiriskan
1 tsp coriander leaves, chopped
How to create

Burger: beef mixed, onion, garlic, red chilli, fennel powder, pepper powder, tomato paste, and coriander leaves, to poke average.
