Mushroom Cream Soup
Materials
2 tbs butter / margarine
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Fruit 1 onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoon wheat flour
600 cc chicken broth
100 grams chicken breasts, cut the form of a dice
100 grams mushrooms merang
Stem leaves 1 onion, finely sliced
Chicken broth 1 block IM
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
1 / 2 tsp nutmeg powder
How to create
Heat margarine, and enter the garlic and onion, tumis until fragrant.
Add wheat flour, poke average, cook until brown color, and enter the chicken broth a little bit flat while stirred.
Enter the chicken, mushrooms merang, and spring onion, poke evenly, and cook until boiling.
